Resident E-Foil Permit

Resident eFoil Permits are required for eFoils and Hydrofoils that will be on the water. Resident Shore Passes are required, in addition to the eFoil passes. eFoils are classified by Colorado Parks and Wildlife as motorized, so they will need to be registered by the state. eFoils will also need to be inspected for Aquatic Nuisance Species (ANS) and must only enter the reservoir at the ramp. eFoils will be allowed on the reservoir 7 days a week, however on motorized boat days (Thursday through Sunday), they need to stay within 200 feet from shore.
Permits will be mailed to the address on the purchasing account after the 2 week pickup window. Reservoir permits will be checked upon entry using your last name. All permits are electronically assigned to your household, in addition to physical passes.
